V úterý 27. září byl ve světě EVE Online zvláštní den. V systému Amarr byla korunována nová císařovna Amarrské říše - Catiz Tash-Murkon. Součástí tohoto eventu byl i proslov, ve kterém nová císařovna oslovila piloty Amarrské říše.

Proslov se týkal budoucnosti amarrské říše. Především se pak zaobíral budoucím posílením ekonomického rozvoje, obnovou amarrské armády na obranu proti zlu, které je proti amarrské říši namířeno a také změně v zahraniční politice, která více než kdy předtím otevře hranice amarrské říše obchodníkům. Císařovna Catiz také vyhradila část proslovu na poděkování pilotům, kteří se účastnili na potlačení skupiny pod názvem "Purity of the Throne". Tato skupina nakonec kapitulovala a stáhla se z tohoto sektoru.

Jak už to u velkých proslovů bývá, i tento se pokusili narušit všemožní rebelové. První případ byla snaha o zastavení projevu ze strany korporace Rote Works (údajní následovníci Rotte Kapelle). Tito piloti nechali vybuchnout podél trupu lodi TES Purity (na jejíž palubě se nacházela císařovna Catiz) dvě nákladní lodě třídy Providence, které byly naplněné trhavinou. TES Purity byla silně poškozena, nicméně císařovna v proslovu pokračovala i přes tyto snahy o její zastavení.

Během korunovace došlo navíc k incidentu vyrušení, kdy pilot Lysus projevil vehementní rouhačské chování a konstantně narušoval ceremonii. Tento pilot byl za své akce při projevu císařskou gardou označen za podezřelého. Nezávislí piloti se tak postarali o popravu na rozkaz Khemona Dulsura an-Tetrimona, hlavního představitele Řádu sv. Tetrimona.

V tyto dny tak amarrské císařství naplno oslavuje nástup své nové císařovny. Tyto oslavy by měli začít polevovat teprve začátkem víkendu.

Today, together, we stand firm at the beginning of a new path. A path that takes us on a journey paved with prosperity for loyal subjects of the faith.

A journey, the first fleeting steps of which we take today, that marks a turning point for this great Empire and sets us on a course to stability, security and opportunity.

To ensure an end to the atrocities we have borne witness to and experienced at the hands of those who would defy the word of God.

However, with great military power comes great responsibility. The might and the honor of the Imperial Armed Forces will be restored, and with it we will usher in a new generation of capsuleers to support the Golden Fleet.

Tens of thousands more capsuleers will graduate from the Imperial Academy to join our already established and prized loyalist forces, in the largest expansion to our pod pilot training program ever conceived.

To support this growth, our administration will work to make the Imperial economy a powerhouse of activity, with new foreign policy and trade legislation that opens up our markets to the cluster like never before.
